Based on traditional use, in addition to providing sustenance and its nutritive value, Sona Milk Thistle is today recommended to treat the symptoms of over indulgence on food and drink such as indigestion and upset stomach. It is commonly used as a supplement to support the liver. Silymarin is the active constituent in Sona Milk Thistle Forte. Each capsule is standarised to contain 80% silymarin, or 200mg per capsule.
