Carezone Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products and a positive experience for every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option for eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition as delivered. The product should not be worn, used, or altered in any way. All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging. Please also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to begin a return, please contact our team. After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully check your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, notify us right away. We will address the situation promptly to ensure a solution is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes products purchased on sale and gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and, once the return is approved, placing a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. When a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to finalize and post the refund.
